Business Mentoring & Training
- An Overview
In today's recession many Start-ups and small businesses need help in navigating the various factors that effect their development. Mentoring involves the business owner's engaging in a process that maps out the problem areas and then developing strategies that work towards solutions.
Business Training can be for the individual business owner, their staff or training organisations where packages are presented on their behalf. Programs include a range of business subjects and computerised and manual accounting using TAS Books.
Business Mentoring & Training Programs vary.
Depending on the organization and the needs and wants of the people involved, the initiative can be as short as a one-hour briefing before the mentoring journey occurs. Everyone is different - so we believe firmly people should not all be treated the same. The types of service people and organizations may need is therefore different. One size does not fit all!
There are many different interpretations of mentoring.
Some people see the role like a coach, or an adviser, or even a counsellor. In our opinion, it's all those things - and much more besides. You really need a person who can help you think through your issues, problems and concerns and come up with a good decision together – rather than someone who is going to tell you what to do.
